Eight week comprehensive class for beginner/intermediate students who are looking to inform and advance their practice of landscape painting. Studio techniques are paired with plein air practice (weather permitting) to help students work through skill building exercises in value, color, and composition. Students will start the program with a master copy, move on to composing their own paintings from drawings, sketches, and photos, and end with several weeks of plein air studies along the Delaware and Lehigh Rivers.

The goal with this workshop is to help beginner and intermediate painters find, develop, and define their painting process while simultaneously giving consideration and attention to building their singular artistic voice.
